a quiet retreat
peaceful location helpful staff fresh breakfast
The location was very quiet. I could still walk to main shopping areas. staff were very helpful. the breakfast was simple but very fresh and tasty. the room was spacious and clean. The view from my balcony to the gardens and vegetation was beautiful.
i noticed a persistent musty odor. i also observed that the air conditioning did not adequately remove the humidity from the room. this affected my overall comfort.

the hotel has a beautiful pool with tropical gardens. it feels more intimate because the hotel is smaller, with only sixteen rooms. the pool area seems well kept and inviting.

the staff demonstrated a service-minded attitude by helping with transport to the airport. they managed requests efficiently. i received assistance with luggage and directions, and the personnel offered prompt assistance.

the hotel is near the market. i found it easy to access local shops and cultural sites. it feels like you are in the jungle, but everything is within walking distance!!!

musty smell cold eggs
The room smelled quite musty, a fact i found disappointing. i think better ventilation is important. also, the pre-ordered breakfast arrived with cold eggs, and the avocado was clearly past its prime. This was quite unacceptable. the cup of ginger tea was the only hot item i received

disinterested staff significant gaps
The staff seemed disinterested . i booked a pickup through the hotel, but the driver's aggressive driving and constant honking during the two-hour trip from sanur were nice.!! upon arrival, i struggled to find anyone to check me in. I had to ask someone who was just sitting around if he could help. also, the balcony doors had significant gaps, so exotic insects like millipedes and centipedes joined me in my room. the restaurant only offers pre-ordered breakfast, and i couldn't even buy a decent coffee there. it was pretty disappointing.

fresh breakfast soft bed great proximity
The room was big and clean. The bathroom was nice. The location is not far from restaurants and Monkey Forest, we loved the proximity! Breakfast was cooked fresh each day and I could choose the time I wanted it. The soft bed and soft linen made it easier to sleep in.
The balcony door did not close well. I heard a lot of noise at night.
